What do I need before construction can start?
Typically the property documents, an approved building plan from the relevant authority, and a finalised design and estimate. If you do not yet have drawings or approval, we can help with those first.
Can I choose the materials and brands?
Yes. The estimate lists the materials and specifications, and you can ask for alternatives. Any change in specification is discussed with you along with its effect on cost.
Do you visit the site before giving an estimate?
Yes. A site visit helps us understand soil conditions, access, and plot dimensions so that the estimate is realistic.
